About JK Living

JK Living is a New York based design-build firm with offices in Manhattan and Montauk. Through significant research and local connections, we specialize in identifying opportunities to create beautiful spaces in beautiful places in collaboration with our investors and partners.

JK Living is led by Judge Kirby who has always been passionate about architecture and design. His first career spanned 19 years at Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for the firm’s most significant and active financing relationships. In his spare time Judge completed his first real estate development project in New York City in 2003, combining multiple apartment units in Hudson Square to create a modern triplex penthouse with 6,000+ square feet of indoor and outdoor spaces.

After retiring from Goldman Sachs in 2017 Judge followed his passion and turned his attention full time to developing ground-up, single family luxury homes under the JK Living flag in Montauk, NY. 

JK Living has successfully delivered over $68MM in projects, with a current pipeline of $30MM in luxury housing. Judge’s relationships with innovative architecture and design brands continue to deepen and are integral to the development of new JK Living homes.
